Silver Snowscape

This photo was taken in Ashland, Oregon while I was waiting for Ed to finish chaining the truck tires. They closed the interstate the night before due to the weather and didn't open it until late the next morning. We needed chains if we wanted to continue over the summit. Everything was blanketed with deliciously fluffy snow, but it was very dreary outside, with no sun, which resulted in the odd silvery-gray color of the photograph. I kinda like it.
